The other day, I received an email from TRF stating that I received a private message from Christophertyler. He was replying to a WTB ad that I had posted a few weeks back. When I checked my pm's, there was nothing.

Is this a scam? Do the admins remove PMs from users?

Did you log in using the PM link? This sounds like it could be a phishing scam to get your login details. Change your password.

I see he had a single post the same day and was then banned. Up to no good I guess.

Jeez, seems like this is going around a lot recently. I guess the vultures are circling amongst the consumer frenzy over SS sports watches.

WTB threads are notorious for this kind of behavior. PM the trusted sellers instead or just be prepared for this - it’s par for the course.
