Thoughts on the new 42mm Bronzo Blu Abisso?

Hi everyone

Hope everyone is safe and well.

What are your thoughts on the new PAM01074? I, for one, actually quite like it. I used to have a PAM00219 back in the days and I haven’t looked into Panerai for a while but the new Submersible in bronze caught my attention. I think it’s the perfect size for a casual watch and find the casing in bronze appealing.

Unfortunately, scavengers are already offering them at about double retail on Chrono24.

Your views are appreciated, as always.

Regards
V.

Love it. Think it's expensive at 16k for what it is, but it looks damn good.

It’s really nice.

Considering this year has seen so many green dials, I’m surprised Panerai launched the 42 with blue instead of the OG green. I’m sure it’s coming soon.

I felt a little too small for my 6.75" wrist...

it's too small, out of proportion. I prefer the look of the 47mm bronzo, but it would be too large for me.

Nice piece, goes with a variety of lifestyles for those with a more modest wrist size. Price is very high, but manufacturers may as well profit from the current environment while they can.

I like it, AD told me she could get me one, I paid in full in advance, then I realized it’s not 47mm (lol I didn’t even consider that it wouldn’t be) and canceled my order.

Decided i want one, as 'need' a bronze timepiece within my collection. Have one on order, no rush so the expected delivery date is months away. :)

I love it, in my list of watches to get. Love the smaller size, won’t buy unless it’s from an AD at retail or with a discount if at all possible in this crazy market.

If I got this piece, it’d be my first bronzo. I think it looks great.
