Had an excellent experience with DavidSW buying a Rolex Explorer II 16570

They had the exact version I wanted but I hadn’t dealt with them before, so I did some research and was amazed with all the positive feedback across the web.

I gave them a call and they were more than happy to give me all the bracelet codes over the phone so I could make sure I was satisfied with the state of the watch and they even put it on the timegrapher while I was on the phone to give me a real time read on accuracy.

Purchase was very smooth and they overnighted the watch to me. When I opened the box, which was expertly packed, the watch was set exactly to my local time (I’m in CA and they are in FL) which blew me away, that’s what I call premium customer service!

From start to finish this is one of the best watch buying experience I’ve ever had, at least online :)
