Daytona on a Jubilee
I just swapped my standard Daytona oyster bracelet with my GMT2 jubilee.
The result is somehow bizarre I admit it, but the Jubilee is so much more comfortable. Any thoughts? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I agree the jubilee is much more comfortable, but the end link fitment would bother me.

Daytona dials and bezels are already very busy with lots of writing, subdials, etc.. I think swapping in a Jubilee band just makes the whole watch even busier. Personally, I would stick with the Oyster.

My thoughts: I routinely swap out bracelets and straps on my watches. It is my personal moment of ‘zen’. Some nights when I cannot sleep because of work stress, my wife will find me with my tools and watches tinkering. So whatever makes you happy.
I have swapped out the oyster bracelet on one of my Daytonas for a high end leather strap. Not sure I would mess with my Zenith Daytona as you’ve done. But again, your watch, your choice. As for comfort, my preference has always been the oyster bracelet or a presidential. I have two GMT-II’s, both on a jubilee, and I routinely swap them out either for an Oyster or oysterflex. Both I find more comfortable. Regardless, that is a fine watch you have there. Enjoy it! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Looks nice, question what spring bars did you use ? As the spring bars for the Daytona I believe would be too thick to fit in the GMT2 bracelet end-links.

I used the spring bars of the GMT, the ones of the oyster are indeed thicker. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I quite like the look of Daytonas on the jubilee bracelets.
It's interesting to see the bracelet with the brushed lugs of the 16520. |

I have to admit, I'm not liking the Daytona with the jubilee bracelet. I think it looks much better (and less busy) with the oyster. Sorry!

I often will put my Daytona on a super jubilee. Love the look and feel it compliments the watch well

Ooo I like the jubilee on the black dial Daytona. I may have to give that a try.
Here is my white dial on a Rolex leather strap. The strap was original from a skydweller Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I do it all the time to some of my watches with a Super Jubilee bracelet.
I just put it on one of my Daytona’s this past weekend.

What is a ‘super jubilee’ as compared to a regular jubilee? I must admit I’ve not heard that description before
