I don’t see anything obviously wrong, but at that price I’d like for those who are great at identifying touched up dials to chime in.

Yes, precisely. Seller claims it's an original from a old Rolex stock where they worked and didn't want to take the risk of just taking their word for it. I'm excited and anxious at the same time haha

They say the dial hasn't been retouched or repainted.

Looking at the listing on eBay, I see the seller has a return policy. So you could make a deal to purchase the dial and post macro photos of it here and on VRF Vintage Rolex Forum after you receive it. https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/vintagerolexforum/
And if there’s anything wrong you can send it back or have eBay step in for a full refund. Up to you.
