Original or Replacement?

Are the 18xx so called 'minute track' dials original or service replacement? They come in white and champagne (pictured), and rarely the white ones have 'red quarters'. What's their origin?

The number track dials appeared as production dials very late in the 18XX run. Of course, some appeared as replacement dials as they were distributed to service centers. The numbers are small.

Here's another color.
