Japan 168000 purchase help

Almost identical 168000’s can be had here in US for mid-$8K - $9K.
I can’t read kanji so are you chasing a strong dollar discount to ¥? Nothing wrong in dealing with a Japanese dealer - but why complicate the buying process? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Not a reference I’m “up” on, but at first glance it seems like a legit example (based on attached photo- I’m not clicking the link).
Case looks decent and nothing is jumping out at me. Buy the seller, then the watch! |

the link is to the retailers website, the watch they are asking is around 10k
but I can't find a good example in the US, with box and paper many pieces without box and paper go as low as 6k |

where do you find 16800 or 168000 as low as 6k here? I see them without box and papers from 8k to 10k here...

IMHO Japan is expensive for used/vintage Rolex at the moment. Better to buy from a trusted US dealer like HQ Milton.
