If you could only keep one watch....

Between a Batman 116710 BLNR or a Sea-Dweller 126600 which would you keep. Now if it was a daily watch, wear it everywhere, everyday would your choice still be the same. Thanks TRF.

I'd go with the BLNR, but honestly both is the best answer.

114060 would be fine for me. If I wasn’t allowed Rolex, I could probably make do with my speedmaster...

Sorry. I didn’t read the actual question.

126660.

I’m biased, (see avatar), but I’d go with the BLNR.

well... this .. above is the answer...

but if forced to choose, it would be BLNR.. even as daily wearer... even if PCLs get all scratched up... its just a beautiful piece.

PS If i was forced to pick between BLNR and DSSD-blue. that would choice would be tougher.... I like blue

I would go with the SD43 as I’m a deepsea guy and I wear the big boy 126660 daily so the 126600 SD43 would feel right. I find the 40mm watches feel small on me and I forget I have it on and bang it. When I need a break from the heft of the 126660 I throw on a rubber B

That’s a tough one. I have The Blnr and love it. A friend has the SD and it’s a great watch. A toss up for me

Over those two? The GMT.

And I’d get a few RubberB’s for it and lose the PCL’s.

Blnr for sure.. i think SD43 is a bit too bulky to be and only watch and a daily wearer..

I own both and if I were to choose it would be the BLNR staying.

In fact, I’ll probably get rid of my SD43 even though I’ve no real reason to, I just never wear it.

This is tough. If it could be only 1 I’d have to say my tt black sub. It goes with any outfit combo.

In this pic it’s paired nicely with a grey sweatshirt.

Between the two: sea dweller.

Beyond that a no date sub. (Perfect size as well, SD I feel is too big )

For all the beauty of the GMTs , from experience a divers bezel is always more useful than a GMT.

Have used a divers bezel as a "GMT" as well as timing meetings, discussions work etc. I think the GMT is perfect if you travel internationally a lot. Most people don't travel enough (or trade/interact internationally) to warrant wearing a GMT. Also the unidirectional bezel on the sub versus the bi directional on the GMT helps practically as my personal feel is that the uni is less prone to moving around than the GMTs (which feel quite free flowing when turning)

....and who needs the date anyways!!!! ;)

Jesus, half the respondents must be far too busy to read the actual question.

I have both and ask myself this question often. I’m split right down the middle, but would probably ditch the BLNR if forced. It wouldn’t be willingly, though, and would give me pause until the moment it left my hands...and then I would second guess my decision.

Had both. Kept the 126600. I’m a sucker for a diver and I never wear suits and rarely need a dressier (sports) watch. If I did, I’d still probably go with the SD. My grail was the AP diver which now sits in the watch box more days than not.
