Would you do this trade?

Hi guys. Would like your advice, please.

I have a 116610LN (Sub ceramic with date), and an IWC 3536-03 (the older, highly desirable titanium model). Thinking of trading both for either:

The Hulk or
Bluesy with sunburst dial

Reason: looking for something different than what I see everywhere.

Would you do it?

Both are great choices. Both can be a one and only but I think work better with at least one other watch--simple black dialed watch for example. I have a 116613LB and a 114060 and dig them both. The LV will be my next purchase. Obviously, I like Subs.

I would probably move the IWC and add another Sub, whichever one you like the best. hard to beat the versatility of a LN Sub so hard to move that IMO. Adding another Sub with some color is

The Hulk is a rock star yet won’t show minor scratches with it’s brushed clasp.

I prefer the Hulk and Bluesy to what you currently have so if it were me, I would work towards getting one or both of those. If it requires trading, then I would do it. Especially if you prefer those.

Honestly I'd keep the Sub and move on from the IWC and get a LV. Now you have the understated Sub Date and the flashier Hulk.

That’s a tough one! Out of the two options you gave, I would trade. But if you can, keep the black sub, sell the IWC And save for the LV

I used to bash the Hulk, until I got one, great watch. It’s your Sub, in green. I would need a black dial non-Sub to back it up though if I was going to do this trade.

This is a statement that will shock some given my modern IWC bashing..

Keep the IWC. Those are in a soft place at the moment, so better to keep. It's a great watch that will be appreciated again.

Yes but only both for the hulk. Pick up a preceramic bluesey on its own, no holes case and gold thru clasp. Much nicer than ceramic bluesey.

Unless you like an other watch better I'd keep the ss sub ln because it's the classic and most versatile. There are also plenty of lv's and lb's out there anyways...I'd also sell the iwc.

You should use photoshop and try to bring out the colours.

Go for it. Either the Hulk or TT Submariner are very nice watches. If you are ready for something different then those are two good choices.

Do you want a sunburst dial with a bright green dial or blue dial under certain lighting conditions like walking in the street on a sunny day? If so, then go for it.

Hulk is my favorite of those four so yes. A little cash back to you? Not sure what that iwc is worth

Nope I wouldn’t
You have 2 very classy, slightly understated sports watches each with very different character. I wouldn’t trade one or both for a very shiny version of the Sub you more or less already own.
The IWC is a solid watch, definitely not some thing you see everyday, hang onto it.

Do you want a sunburst dial looking bright under certain light conditions, like walking in the street on a sunny day? Have you seen them and liked them in real life? If the answers are yes, then go for it.

I don't even know what the IWC is, so I'm not much help. But to be honest, I wouldn't do 2 for 1 for another steel model or a TT (as much as I like the bluesy and the LV-C).

If you're crazy about the IWC, I might suggest trading in the sub for one of those two. That way you've got some diversity and a change up for those times when you want a little something different.
