When I purchased my wife her DJ she thought I was crazy for doing so and insisting but we did. She enjoys it and now she'll notice them out there and ask me is that a Rolex?

I love that she enjoys hers.

Recently went out for dinner with my wife. An older couple were seated next to us and as the gentleman sat down I casually noticed he was wearing a 116610LV. I looked up at my wife to resume the conversation and she was smiling and whispered “he’s got a Hulk.” I then realized I talk about Rolex watches way too much.

My fiancé also has an appreciation of watches due to my obsession. She wears my Explorer 90% of the time and loves wearing my BLNR when I let her.

She can’t wait for me to get another so she can wear the BLNR more

The actual cost... the ring. It came with a blue box that had a massive markeup. Its sad but happy wife happy life. On the secondary market the wacth. The 5990 new grey market has gotten to about $90kusd these days.

If i tried to sell either i would be missing my nutz.

Don't let my wife see that! (The ring that is, she could care far less than nothing about the watch!)

Lol

Thank god That it holds value lol. When i bought the watch. I thought she would let me wear it but nope she doesnt let me touch it. I prefer the SS vs the Rose gold one I have. Its too heavy and to be honest im nervous about wearing the 59801R out. The Daydate 40. Less concerned about wearing it out
