picked up another 16234 today! time to give my stretched 16233 a rest a deep blue roman / u serial 1997

was told by my reputable dealer its a pretty rare factory dial but only a trip to the RSC will tell

Wow! Lovely blue color! Great choice! Would maybe source a new bezel that has sharper edges to make the watch “pop” even more...but it’s charming as is...!

Wouldn't a 1997 have t marked on the dial for tritium?
