"Once in a while, when I'm alone, I think about my age. I think, How many more years do I have on this earth? But I can't really conceive of dying. Somehow, in my head, I don't think I'll die. I know that everybody dies, of course. I just think that it'll never come to me. It's crazy, but there it is."

Not sure there is such a thing as anti aging to be honest
My take on it is live / eat/ excerise well & hope for the best However - I do take a multivitamin all year round In the winter I also take vitD/ a spoonful of cod liver oil followed by Manuka honey My dad said arthritis ran in his family & swore the cod liver oil kept his joints in good shape. He might have just been lucky but I’ll see if he was right |

No idea if any of that stuff works but joe Rogan is obsessed with vitamins and anti aging supplements. Google him maybe!
He’s also fitness obsessed so who knows if the supplement do jack squat

I’m not familiar so I can’t speak to supplements but they’ve always given me the feel that they might not be what they claim.
If you’re already exercising, eating well, and drinking lots of water but still looking for an edge I suppose they’re worth a look. One caveat is that I personally wouldn’t take anything without consulting my doctor |

Before you start worrying about all that stuff - 1. Sleep 2. Diet 3. PT 4. Body composition If those 4 categories are squared away, you might squeak out the last 1-2% with certain supplements. But then again, you may not. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Since covid and actively trying to ramp up my own personal responsibility to fitness and health I’ve supplemented my breakfast with a vegan protein shake. It’s been a few months now that I’ve been consistent. I’ve been told by a few people in the last week alone that I’m looking fit and muscular. I’ve worked out my entire life with average results at best, when considering the efforts I put in. I’m now starting to think that supplements really do work. And while added protein won’t make us younger, it helps to keep muscle mass which we all lose as we age. For me, that and a daily vitamin appear to be keeping me healthier than before.

Anti-aging supplements are some of the most expensive and least effective aids out there. As someone else mentioned, go see a doc that specializes in this field...one that begins the discussion with your symptoms and bloodwork. If they’re worth their salt, it will be a comprehensive conversation that includes diet/exercise/supplementation. Did I mention bloodwork? IMHO (and NOT a Drs opinion) if you decide to pursue “supplementation” the it’s the real deal or nothing at all. Otherwise, save your money for a good lifting belt and get your as back under the squat rack. :) |

Mainly cut way back on the booze and eating mostly veggies and protein. I only do meat for dinner and frankly I’d like to scale that back to maybe 4-5 days a week. Very true he’s a stoner comedian at the end of the day. That said he does keep in great shape relative to his age. I feel it’s mainly diet and exercise like everyone else though

All of the above
But, most importantly love, laughter, happiness and the support of a good woman.......that, and a good portion of 'rumpy-pumpy'. As Mr. W Allen said, "I'm not afraid of dying, I just don't want to be there when it happens". |

Sleep, staying hydrated and diet are #1, #2 and #3. If these aren’t in order there’s nothing else that’s gonna make much of a difference

I don’t know about the supplements you suggested. But my thing for a long time has been:
- limit sun exposure - limit booze - vegan diet with minimal processed stuff - approach all concentrated supplements with wariness, esp. protein powder - moderate, regular exercise - plenty of music. |

Aging? Early to bed, early to rise. Zero processed meats. Limit sugary drinks and snacks. Lots of crunchy vegetables and fruits. Forget anyone selling hopes & dreams in a pill. Youth comes from within. |
