Nick
Thanks for posting. I didn't see this earlier while dealing with my own family's blow.

So sad that people get hooked by drugs. RIP

What truly makes it so sad is all that knowledge wasted.

I know he tried to fight his sickness..but it was an impossible task
Then he decided he did not want to be sick anymore ....or in out of jail.
Rest In Peace Stevo....you deserved a better life...maybe "better"... exists in death.

I've just seen this, have been away from the forum for a few years. How tragic, I was looking forward to catching up with Steve, I met him in London in I think 2007 possibly a little alter, he bought me a lovely Gilt 5513 full set B&P, I'm wearing it as I type this.
I didn't notice any swastika tatts (and I would have, my skin is brown!). A real shame.

I filed one, too. Still waiting on PP to make a decision...
FYI.. I bought a bronze watch from Poland with Paypal . After a short time, it stopped so contacted them. They said return and they would issue/ repair.. Nope I said. refund please.. 5 months and about 30 polite emails later, still nothing. Opened a dispute with PP on a Tuesday, had my refund decision and the money returned inside a week. glad I had them.

Sad to hear things went downhill for him and he passed. I remember following his stuff on FB.

Since he has passed do we need this pinned to the top of this section?

while steve had a great reputation for a long period of time there came a point where his illness got the best of him and collateral damage resulted.

keeping the post pinned shares a real example of a cautionary tale, members may be well served to learn from the experience of others and thoughtfully consider the potential hazards when doing business no matter how unlikely they may seem.

to your point, as the member is now deceased perhaps his name could be redacted to allow the education to continue to serve our fellow members while letting the former member go quietly into the night?

What a thing to find here. I am going to Tampa Thursday and wanted to pop in on Steve (and a few others) and say hi. I guess the surprise is on me.

I purchased plenty of things from Steve and he treated me very well, we ended up becoming friends too. Shame all of this happened the way it did. I count myself as one of the lucky ones to know his (at one time) good side.

I did find this: http://www.dc.state.fl.us/offenderSe...&TypeSearch=IR

And this: http://www.tampabay.com/news/publics...n-road/2132756

Still looking but I do not see that he died.
