Best burger ? We'll see hmmm

Going to check this place out , some friends told me it's really good , but compared to whataburger cmoooon how good can it be

Big generous spacing inside plenty of room to sit , they just opened for the day , place is all mine :)

Interesting pics on the wall above the tables , is this an eatery or a butcher ?!? Haha

A butcher that cooks , I like the concept

Apparently all the beef is sourced from cape grim in Tasmania , not sure if you know cape grim is located at the north western tip of tas , there is an air monitoring station there as part of some world EPA network , and this one records the cleanest air in the world, it's in the path of the roaring forties which are trade winds that travel the furthest around the world without passing over land! And the pastures are very lush , so should be good.

Check out these steaks

T-bone

Eye filet

Rib eye  look at that marbling

With all these steaks , I'm supposed to order a burger

I might get the bostino , its says pastrami beef , does that mean it has pastrami , bacon & the beef pattie ? anyway whatever $15 for a burger , better be good !

its not a huge burger , it's decent , but the flavour is phenomenal

look at the pattie how its cooked , like medium in the centre - still a bit pink , I like it !

that went quick !

That burger does look good. And so do those t-bones.

I'll give it a go soon... but not Enmore. I'm much closer to the Bondi branch.

bon appétit!

Looks good, if you have not tried it you should go down and have a burger or a brisket burger or pulled pork burger at Vic's meats at the fish markets, they are very tasty

I go often ,ill have to try it , although it somehow seems wrong to be eating burgers there when you have all that fresh seafood available

You can without question. Just as you might expect the corn fed beef popular stateside has a sweeter taste and the grass fed beef a more earthy flavor.

Makes more sense to let cows eat grass imho but my tongue is trained to like the corn fed product

Born and raised in the American Southwest. All our beef out here is grass fed. Mmmmm.

idk if i have an opinion when it comes to a best burger because i dont think burgers are that good in the first place, like I can't be "wow-ed" with one.
