I had my first child last week and to follow up on the having or never having children thread recently I must say that the feeling isn’t describable until you actually have that lil person in your arms

We didn’t find out the gender so it was excitement until end when the Dr let me call it out in the OR and it was a boy!

The Explorer that my wife gave me as a wedding present was with me throughout the journey and will be his one day.

Thank you all for the warm wishes it’s such a blessing that I honestly was very apprehensive about, but glad my wife and I just went for it.

right there with ya, my man! mine came out 3 weeks early, 5 weeks ago. i'll be 38 in july, and never was sure that I wanted any kids. but it was love at first sight. it's the best thing ever!!!
