My Explorer 2
here is a picture of my explorer 2 i got it as a present from my dad i love this watch although i did have problems with the crown screwing in it had to be repaired twice. i got it in 2000 and have since replaced the band with the new version

Now, the photo is not super clear, BUT....
crown guards look....super weird: the case in general looks too fat and the guards do not show the differentiation from the lugs that is normal. A few other details look odd as well, including the bezel markings which appear much closer to the edge than you'll see on a 16570 and the "Swiss Made" signature at 6 o'clock is awfully high up compared to what you'll see on an OEM Rolex Exp II dial. I hate to do this to anyone's post, but 'eff it, here it is: the pictured watch looks like an impostor (fake) to me. |

I have to agree..it does look strange......for me there is too much spacing between the 'six' marker and the bottom of the face. I hope I'm wrong
