Part code for non-cyclops service crystal

Swapped out the crystal on my old black dial 16570 and was hoping to do the same for my new polar 16570. The watchmaker who helped me with this previously has moved on. Just wondering if one of the TechXperts could shed some light on the part code I would need to order. I seem to recall it being something like "295-C3" and I believe it is an Oyster Perpetual service crystal (which I was surprised would fit on the 40mm Exp II!).

Any info/PMs would be appreciated.

Bump.

Thanks for the reply I've received thus far. Still waiting for a TechXpert to chime in....
