Doing a deal with a person abroad
Hi guys
Has anyone done a deal for a watch with a private seller where you have had to travel abroad to close the deal? Apart from security issues, how did you cross the hurdle regarding making payment I have found a deal but can’t work out with the seller how to close it with both sides are protected I am planning on visiting Boston to close a deal for AP, how can we make payments on the day we’re funds clear straight away ? Does anyone have any other ideas ? I suggested Chrono24 and I collect and ask for chrono to release funds once I am Happy with the product, any other ideas ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Get yourself a cashier’s check made payable to the seller and meet at a bank or police station for security.

Open an account with JP Morgan which is Chase bank in thr U.S. Speak with them first to explain what your intentions are to see if it will work as planned.
You could also use a money transfer company like currency fair. But I'm not sure of the particulars with them. |
