Daytona sub dial question

Hey all.

The day before yesterday I took my Daytona into watches of Switzerland for a service. The minute sub dial was sticking every now and then and losing minutes (not budging randomly when the chronograph hand goes past 12) as well as the seconds sub dial losing about 15 seconds after stopping the chronograph. It's a 2014 model so I figured I'd just send it in for a full service, may as well right since it has to be sent off anyway.

I know it will be fixed during the course of the service but I'm just wondering if anybody else has experienced this or has an idea as to why it happened. I thought it may be a case of needing to be re-lubricated as the Daytona manual does recommend re-lubrication every 5 years...and it's nearly 6 years old.

Servicing every 5 years is especially for the pallet fork and escape wheel lubrification and not especially for rest of movement, most probably your chrono bridge that’s slightly bent and made it loose amplitude.

Very very rare, yet these things can happen. WoS is a great company so am sure she'll be properly sorted and back on your wrist soon.

Thanks guys!

I'm just hoping that the service centre or WOS don't phone saying it's going to cost a great deal over the service price, which I was told can be between 650 to 800 pounds, still... what will be will be.

Thanks guys!

I'm just hoping it doesn't cost too much on top of the service for any new parts, still... has to be done, right.
