Thank you Steve. Nice picture. Relationship with AD indeed very similar. I haven't had service work but made modest purchases and had all of our jewelry and watches appraised for insurance purposes which in itself was a chunk of change

This is even more proof to me that there aren't "Mark x" bezels at all, just random batch variation.

Congratulations on your new BLRO! Well done. Maybe I'll get mine this year my AD has hinted. Wear it in good health. Cheers!

The poor picture I posted makes it appear pink/purple. I think it was a combination of the lighting (LED) and the iPhone auto compensation. In the flesh under sunlight it has a much more true blue and red color.

Thank you. Make yourself a routine fixture at the AD. A genuine aficionado may get the nod over someone else bugging them on the phone or emails. Good luck.

Coming to think of it.....I dont think there are really more incoming this year. In a forum like this there is a concentration of BLRO postings. Take into account the hype more ppl are posting their new BLRO.

Or maybe I'm just jealous that I'm still waiting for my call.

Mine definitely looks like MKIII in natural light. I think the LED lighting and iPhone color or exposure correction make it look like a MKI in my incoming pic.
