How to buy safely on forum

Hi all
I am interested in couple of watches here. But how can make a safe transaction for both parties?

I know that many people would use something like escrow for the deal, but how do I get guarantee that the watch is authentic since escrow did not check it's authenticity?

Is it common to include 3rd party to make authentication service?

So the deal would be like I send my payment to escrow and the seller sent the watch for authenticity check. After we have the result, the watch is sent to me and escrow release the fund.
