From the initial pics I loved it, but when I saw the profile I was put off by its chunkiness. If I’m traveling in the matrix I want something light and barely noticeable on my wrist- so would have been better in black coated titanium or aluminum with thickness under 10mm.

I've got the SS version and LOVE it. Wearing it today, in fact. Very tempted with the Matrix PSR.

If it was DLC coated I'd probably own it by now..

Its thick, but due to the shape you don't really notice it. Super comfortable to wear with a great bracelet.

Yeah, wish they did a higher-end coating. You're right, she was a touch thicker than expected, yet you're also right it's how it wears, so all good.
