Not used them but some of their watches seem a bit high compared to other companies on net, why not buy from someone on this forum

That's a very good deal, but make sure you get a starting serial letter. New and unused can techinically be a F serial that's just not been sold yet (or at least it can't be proven it's been sold). Sorry for the skepticism, but I got taken by someone who sold me an older watch due to my lack of knowledge.

To begin with all started of well. I ordered a Submariner 14060M from them on the 3rd October 08 for £2050. The watch arrived two weeks later on a Z serial from Germany, but it was not the chronometer version on the latest serial as agreed, so I returned it. Five weeks later still no sign of the correct watch due to supplier problems & no answer to numerous emails & phone messages. I then got the British Jewellers Association involved to get my full money back plus they started to offer me a better customer service.

I placed an order with deliciouswatches.co.uk for an item that their website stated was in stock. I was then informed that it wasn't in stock so I emailed them to cancel. Got no reply so I tried phoning but they didn't answer. Tried their live web chat but got disconnected when I said I was trying to cancel an order. When I emailed them again to say I was raising a dispute with my card provider they replied to say they already refunded me. Needless to say I didn't get the money from them but I eventually got a refund from my credit card provider. Avoid these like the plague.
