Icon20 44mm Ceramic/Carbon ROO

About 3 months ago I took my first step in collecting AP and bought a NIB 15202ST from DavidSW, and couldn't be happier. I had originally thought this would be my one and only AP, but lately the 44mm Ceramic/Carbon ROO has been catching my attention every time I scroll through the TRF classifieds section. My only dilemma is how it would look/fit my wrist. My wrist is a little under 6.5 inches. Would any 44mm ROO owners who happen to have a wrist size of 6.5 inches or less be willing to post a picture for my reference? Thanks in advance!

Hello Michael...
I too have been thinking of adding the 44mm ROO to my collection... I have 6.5" wrist and so here are a few pictures I took at an AP Dealer today when I went again to try on for size the 26401RG. It does look big on my wrist but wow what a wrist presence it has and it's super comfy with the rubber strap!
Good Luck.

I had a similar concern about the size of the watch relative to my wrist (7"). I think the key is to get the smaller strap. That should make it sit much better on the wrist. I'm planning on getting one asap.

I think it depends in your wrist and shape as well as size. My wrist flat 7.5 and for me fits perfect w regular strap. I have seen it on some people like Paul who has 6.5 wrist and it looks perfect as well. Again shape of wrist important factor as well as size. Best advice is go try one on and see for yourself Michael! Cheers,

6.5" - pick a flavor--they are all so comfortable.

KEY--THE key, is the short strap!

Thank you everybody for the input as well as the pictures, it is much appreciated! I think it looks like I will undoubtedly have to order the shorter strap (something I wouldn't have been aware of if it wasn't for the input above).

I couldn't do it. The 44mm FC also caught (catches) my eye. But I have to face reality in that I know it's too big. It just doesn't wear well on me as much as I want it to. I have approx 6.6" wrist.

Believe me when I tell you I wanted this to fit me. It just doesn't.

It will fit Mike!!! if you're in OC I would be willing to meet you and you can try mine! that's the best way to tell if it fits or not. Like few have said above, it depends on the shape of your wrist not the size.

I've tried it on several times

I appreciate the offer however. Kind gesture and enabling at its finest. The 42mm ROO fit me but the 44 just doesn't.

Awesome pics I tried the 44mm ceramic but found it to be too big for my 6.9 wrists, but of course it was with the regular strap, not in the market for a watch at the moment but when I will be I would love the RG with ceramic bezel, I think a RG addition to my duo would be great, thought of the 5167R from Patek but I like the ROO a lot also, very different pieces as one is very discrete and the AP is not so discrete but is really awesome, plus RG and ceramic bezel makes a really cool mix, will see then if on short strap it makes it look ok for my wrists, I think it should as on your pics they look great and you have a little smaller wrists than me
