Bezel insert markers are not centered... I am a newbie, but I learned here that one of the things to look at on subs is this detail. Please correct me if I am wrong.

it has a aftermarket bezel insert in it. the pearl gives them away every time. he needs to reword his 100% rolex statement. lmao

it looks like it is time for a pearl check jj, don't you think? lmao
the one in the ebay watch is a 15.00 ebay insert. the gold is too yellow, the pearl is wrong and has no clear protective coating over it. that is why it looks like a zit. like jj's this is the real deal,

The clasp is correct for a T serial, circa 1996.

yes you are correct, the clasp if fine. the watch looks like a nice one. it probable had a scratch on the insert and he put a cheap one in it. 15.00 is a long ways from 150.00, especially when it takes someone like us to know the difference.
i wear a gmt2c to work and am constantly hitting the insert on something. it doesn't have a mark on it but if i had a sub i would go through one each month easily. i would take my gen insert out and get a hand full of these to beat up. these inserts have there place in life but selling one as a gen part isn't one of them.
