These are mock-ups, aren't they, Frans!

Nobody is actually producing watches like that.

What an interesting modern adaptation of the early sun-dial. Very unique and tends to pique my more softer side. I must ask though, can you spew Budweiser out of your nose while wearing one?

I may be going against the grain here when I say I have seen Urwerk's designs in the flesh and they are astounding. Albeit very pricey, the new 202 in rose gold blew me away.

This I like...

LE of 25 pieces, $90,000 a pop

Styling inspired by contemporary supercars - Lamborghini, I would say...

Cheers

some of those contraptions show true genius....but nonetheless, they are highly unconventional so the old-school might entirely disagree with us youngsters here, eh right JJ, Frans?

Actually, if you have any of these watches, your cellphone is probably at least a Vertu, so you can just call the concierge and ask him/her to remind you of which city you are in, what time it is, and please, oh, please, send you a snack of Cristal champagne and beluga caviar.

Azimuth's are pretty interesting and you can get one for under $3K. I saw a bunch at http://www.collectorstime.com/azimuth.php.

We continue on our quest, another one of the 'if you have to ask for the price you can't afford it' category:

If you want to know: 155,000 Euro, so cheap......

You are very, very close! On a vintage jet-fighter is what the makers envisioned. Want one? Before you start a rant: the movement is one of the most complicated ever produced, a feat that e.g. Rolex will never, ever be able to repeat. But I will take the money instead of this.......

It really makes you wonder if they can sell these kinds of watches at those prices. The market must be very small for the most discerning buyer.
