Incoming Tudor

First Tudor and really liking it. Admittedly my knowledge of watches can be written on the back of a stamp but I’m learning, I only have a Hulk, a Bamford and a couple of g shocks, but I like what I like. It does seem to wear a bit bigger than the Rolex, though that might just be in my head ( along with all them voices). Only negative I can find is all the poxy stickers I’ve had to peel off. I swear I’ve done them all then an hour later I find another one. Anyway, it’s no heavy hitter but I’m over the moon with it. Love the absence of the date! Happy Christmas people.

Give me a vintage Tudor Sub over a Rolex any day of the year.

Ahh very nice! I opted for the 41mm as I believe it’s a touch bigger than the 58? I have big fat hands so thought it might make em look smaller 😉 essentially they’re near identical aren’t they? I can see this being my daily from now on.

Nice and congrats. I have a couple of Tudors and love them but you need to give us a couple of better pics

Thanks all. As said, I’m no connoisseur by any stretch, but the wearability is really surprising. It feels quality. Now I LOVE my Hulk. Love it. It has immense sentimental value and I think it’s stunning. But is it worth 6x the price of this ( as the current market price would suggest)? Nope.

Yep. That picture couldn’t be worse. But I had to “shrink it” to post it as it wouldn’t “fit”? Sorry, massive technophobe. This forum is my only social media. Will get the kids to assist and hopefully get some better shots uploaded tomorrow 👍

Congrats. I have a blue 58 and love it. Perfect size and super legible. Tudors are great watches, especially at their price point.

Any watch that puts a smile on your face is a heavy hitter. Congrats on that beauty.

Congratulations! This very Tudor hit me hard enough to make me come back into the mechanical watch hobby!

You’re right actually, it is. So surprised how comfortable it is. Slept with it last night ( don’t worry, I wore a Johnny😉) and didn’t even notice I was wearing it. I think my preconception might have been that it would be a noticeably “lesser” version of Rolex. More fool me. Can’t see me taking this off anytime soon.
Thanks for the comments people, enjoy your Xmas.

Congrats.
I have that exact piece on right now.
Love it. I hear people complain about faux rivets and the watch head being too thick, but I really don’t see any issues with this, it’s super comfy, has a nice heft to it, reads beautifully…

This is the absolute truth.

This is what I'm wearing today and for the last few weeks.
