Go with the GMTII. It'll have more meaning.

When you are looking over your wedding photos, with your kids on your lap, and your son says look daddy you're wearing the same watch as in the pictures wouldn't it be nice to tell him that one day he will be wearing it too. I don't think you'll be able to say that if you're wearing your friends watch, unless he a very generous friend.

I would go No - Watch ( a sacrilege, I know), or your PEPSI...

I would Not wear someone else's watch on my Wedding Day - no matter how awesome that watch may be ( and the WG Daytona on leather is pretty Damn awesome)...it Just seems wrong and insincere...

The No-Watch suggestion -- the Pepsi is pretty loud, and you don't want that to be a big loud focal point in your wedding photos ( all White linen, white sand, blue sky...that Pepsi bezel will be like a beacon and every photo, eyes will go right to it...)

Plus, on your wedding - time is irrelevant -- why would you check your watch? - got somewhere better to be?..

Wear your GMT mate. As some of the other guys said, it'll give your watch more significance. And if you decide to have kids one day, you can pass it to them.

I'd kill to have my dad's old Submariner. He wore it on his wedding day, the best pictures I can find of it. He sold it around 92'.

You've been married for a while, eh?

I think you should wear your own watch.

Broken record time. Wear your own watch, you'll be looking forward to it peeking out in the photos.
I almost forgot, congratulations. And remember the old saying, "Happy wife, happy life".

Ok, Im probably going to wear my pepsi....that is unless i get a surprise from my Fiancé the morning of when we exchange wedding gifts

I had thought about going "no watch" but I just dont think I can. Ive been wearing a watch everyday for years and I just dont feel right without one on.

I will make sure and post pics from the wedding/honeymoon when I get back for sure!

You are definitely making the right decision. Have a fabulous day and make sure to take every minute in. It will be over before you know it.

Congrats! Sounds like you made your decision but I'll chime in. You are a watch guy so you have to have one on. It's almost like a law. You own a smokin' watch. Wear yours. With pride.
