Icon5 gmt insert vs sub insert

I have a GMT master II i want to change the insert. I have done it on the submariner before. Is it the same procedure as the sub or is it more too it than that, since the GMT bezel rotates both ways. Any help would be great.

it is the same procedure for the bezel insert. It doesnt matter if the rotatable bezel is uni-directional or bi-directional.

cheers!
