I think it's one of the finest dress watches ever made across the spectrum if you're looking for the basic definition of second track time only dress piece.

I have it rose gold, which can be a bit more difficult to dress down than white gold or platinum (both no longer in production). It is a classically beautiful piece, with beautiful view from behind, the side, or above. It can be had at a great value second hand if you are inclined.

This is my one and only dress watch and I love it! The 4400 manual-wind movement is beautiful and the finishes are superb. I love the dauphine hands as they reflect light from different angles. Great watch to go with a suit for that dressy occasion. Highly recommend it!

Thanks all - I'm really torn on it. I think it looks amazing and my collection could do with a dress watch (although I would probably try to wear it more regularly than just "dress events" if that makes sense).

David SW (which I have done a few deals with - I highly recommend) has one that just came in - I don't get the impression that they get them all that frequently:
