Incoming - First Omega: 11-13-18

I am expecting delivery today of:

THE SEAMASTER PLANET OCEAN 600M GMT GOODPLANET
https://www.omegawatches.com/en-us/w...dition/product

It's my first Omega and I am quite excited about it. I have a thing for GMTs. I think it will pair nicely with my ExplorerII.

Due to it's thickness, this will be a casual watch worn on weekends, or to work when I don't wear dress shirts. It will be a great travel watch.

I would like to ask the Omega experts here how best to go about acquiring the lovely blue rubber strap/buckle??

Thanks so much.
More pictures when FedEx shows up this afternoon!

Nice watch! Love the blue and orange combination.

Any Omega Boutique can supply the correct strap and deployant buckle for it, and a Boutique will ship to you in case one is not located conveniently. Make sure you're sitting when they tell you the price :-)

Here it is.
Bigger size difference over the Explorer ii than expected but I won't be wearing it with dress shirts.
It will be a weekend and travel watch for me.

It is quite stunning and I am rather pleased with it.

Well that Didn't take long!

Got the bracelet sized perfectly and immediately put on the blue rubber strap which the AD pulled out from the back.

It feels like this watch should be on the blue strap.

That really is a beautiful watch. I have looked at it many times at the local boutique. It does look good on that strap, so far I have only seen it on the bracelet.
Congratulations!

Congrats buddy! Was my daily driver for 2 years before I really got into watches. Still love it, the colors get me every time. Amazing piece.

Many shots of it on my Insta actually, https://www.instagram.com/jp_melbs/
