Seiko Spring drive

I was on the brink of picking up a Rolex Sub ND a few weeks ago but just didn't feel the watch had enough going for it to merit the price.

Cutting a long story short, I've had a number of Seiko watches and always liked the look of Seiko's white face, steel braclet Spring Drive and wanted to ask if any one had one and what they now think having spent a large amount on a Seiko?

Also, as a Seiko AD has a few in stock what price/discount should I be looking for in the UK? Or should I look at importing, if so where from?

And finally, what guarantee does the Spring Drive come with assuming genuine AD etc?

Thanks inadvance,

I can't help with discount.
But I would think, that with the current market prices via the GBP. You would be better buying here.
Most watch companies offer a 2 year warranty.
Your best bet would be to ask an AD.

Don't know anything about buying in the UK. But, I did look at a couple spring drives over the weekend, they are cool looking. Long power reserve, very very accurate, and some of the models look pretty neat.

Do some searching on our site, there are some mentions of the Spring Drive in here somewhere.
