FSOT: Rolex Date 15505

Up for sale is a rarely available Rolex Date 15505 from 1982. For those that don't know, it's a 34mm steel case that is capped with a layer of gold. Unlike gold plating, there is a much thicker payer of gold being applied over the steel. No service history but running with a good amplitude over 270, indicating no need for service in the near future. Being a 5-digit date, it comes with the Caliber 3035 movement that includes the quick-set date feature.
