Rolex 1003 bracelet question

I have a loverly early 60's 9ct gold 1003 oyster with an unusual bracelet, I have seen a few of these over the years always on 9ct Rolex 1003's

I've contacted Mike Wood at the old watch shop and he ensures me they are Rolex or as I might presume under license by Rolex as they have British hall marks.

The dealer stamp is B&S and there is a Rolex stamp on the clasp.

If anyone has any info or ideas on these bracelets I'd love to find out a little more.

I hope these pictures help?

Thanks for looking Baden

I've seen these before myself. In the past year or so I saw one either in an advert or in a vintage master catalog. Neither of which I can find but I did search for them. Sorry but I tried. Can't remember. If I do, I will post it here.

A bit mote info as i thought others would reply Britton and Sons of Birmingham, made them under license for Rolex and other bands amongst other things they were gold and silversmiths.
