Old Rolex is it original?

Hello guys,

I'd like to know what is a model of this Rolex, and is it original?

Maybe You know what is a year of production of it?

I'll be so thankful if u can help me.

Appreciate it.

Greetings

Welcome to TRF Chodak102!

Sorry, my crystal ball is not working today. Perhaps you might post a photograph, a painting or an stone etching so we can see the watch to which you refer.

Off the top of my head I'll say:

It's a non quick-set Rolex Date
Definitely original
Polished, but well done
Needs servicing so take it to RSC

Any more questions, feel free to ask.

The old Hong Kong street sale Rolex. Cost all of 40 bucks. Good grief.

As others have said, its not a real Rolex but if it works, might as well wear it.

Still doing lots of reading, remembering reference numbers, movements, "tells", dials, hands, looks of cases, it's a fun learning curve.

Therefore, for the very first time on this forum, I am going to make a bold proclamation.

This watch is fake.

There, I did it.

A lot of people obviously have no clue what to look for when judging a Rolex, so no offense to the op, but that is the funniest looking, most obvious fake Rolex I've ever seen.

Is that a fake watch you give to the mistress to keep her happy for a while? If so....that is funny as hell.
