hello, please help to authenticate Rolex Vintage.

Hi, I'm a new member of the Rolex community.
I ask for help in determining the authenticity of the watch.
I can not get better photos.
The dial, i think, was restored.
The watch is dated 1934 year by serial number .
The picture shows that the stamp is not engraved. But I still think that this can be a fake

I suspect fake or at least a "franken".
Its meant to be a Rolex Caliber 3320 - a pretty great piece.

Dial is surely terrible reworked - need a photo of the whole movement to tell better.

You can read a bit about it here (scroll down)

Please post the movement pics you clearly have.
They are visible in your camera roll.

The ones I mean are circled in the screenshot you already shared...

Well the sloppy Rolex stamping on that bridge, and the incorrect balance for starters.

One general rule of thumb is the more expensive and high quality the watch/brand is, the more "beautiful" the movement will be. Engravings, overall part quality, etc.

I would say this is a Valjoux 22 movement with fake Rolex engravings.

Actually, as a general rule of thumb, we don't give all the reasons we believe a watch to be fake .... We may share 1 or 2 things, but the best way to find out is to search the watch you have online .... once you find a real one, compare it to the fake you have in your hand.

I can't say whether or not that watch is real or fake .. It is way out of my scope of knowledge .... I can really only go on DJ's AK's and Double D's
