My modest pair (114270 and 114060)

My first post and I hope to stick around. I’ve worn my ref 114270 for 11 years without ever thinking I needed another until recently. In fact for the past 12 months I stopped wearing a watch completely. It’s strangely unexplainable but it may have something to do with an iPhone never leaving my side.

When I thought about why I loved the Explorer so much it became clear a ref 114060 is perhaps the logical next step. The construction and technology behind these newer watches are quite nice in the flesh and it’s stoked my interest in a big way! So I have my name on a list for a Daytona and I figure it might take another 11 years to get that call?

Well here’s my pair and hope you like the shot.

Quite good BEGINNER watches. Great to stick with them for another 11 years.

I think you have excellent test. Two of the most classic and iconic Rolex watches. You don’t Need anything more.

Beautiful watches!!! Before you get yourself in hot water with the mods, read the rules about posting pictures of knives.

Thanks for the heads up. Honestly I didn't read the rules so I apologize to the community for this. I would delete the pics but I'm unable to edit any previous posts.

I don't see a knife, have they deleted it already?
I wasn't aware that you can't post a knife pic either...

Yes. Mod PM’d me and said it was against the rules so he deleted them. He was very nice about it and mentioned he owns a few Sebenzas.
