Your Biggest Rolex Transformation -- Pics
I was just leafing through some of my older pics, and I came across these 'before and after' pics. I rescued this old 1665 several years ago and had NO IDEA that it would come out looking like this..........Anyone else have any before and after pics of a favorite Rolex??

awesome! Thanks for sharing. Sorry I have nothing to contribute. I sent a 1803 RSC, but they didn't polish it or replace any parts, so it looks the same lol. I did use some poly watch on my dad's 1655. I'll try to find the pics.

Great job!
Just curious..apart from the obvious new crystal & bezel what other parts did they replace? Was the dial replaced or did they restore the original? Looks really nice btw - although you don't need me to tell you that! Lol Thanks for sharing. Sent from my Moto G (5) using Tapatalk

I remember the thread on this one, turned out just awesome. I wish someday to have a barn find like this on vintage....meanwhile I'll just get my crack slanged from the vintage dealers lol.

Period correct replacement bezel insert T39 service crystal altered to mimic the original superdome —dial and hands turned-out to be perfect and immaculate under that very worn crystal, so they were untouched and weren’t altered in any way.
