Blank Warranty Cards? (Specifically Tag Heuer)

Hi All,

Still pretty new to the forums, please direct me to the appropriate place to post if this is not it.

Just bought a tag heuer from a private seller that came with a blank warranty card. What exactly does this mean, and how does this happen? Does it decrease the value of the watch, and if so by how much?

Also was told by same seller that that tags do not typically come with COA as it is not a chrono or limited edition. Can anyone speak to validity of this?

Thanks!

To me a blank warranty card is like no warranty card, it is not indigenous to that specific watch.
