Over a year at first. Now that I have two I have been flipping back and forth. Sometimes I change up every other day but lately I've been wearing one for weeks at a time and then switching back.

I will usually do a wind once or twice a month as per Peter's advice. I never used to before joining here but what Peter says makes perfect sense. My Omega Seamaster went years without ever winding.
My Sub has never stopped but as I said I give it a wind every so often just to get the crown & stem a little "exercise".

I wind the watch I'm wearing about once per week.
When I change watches, I wind them before I put them on and use the same procedure as above. I sometimes where the same watch for several weeks, so those that are not being worn, are not being wound.

I have gone over 50 years without winding any of my watches. I just put them on and my wrist movement gets them started.
