1st Gen Jumbo Incoming!

Hi all,

My 2nd gen Jumbo is at the spa in Clearwater, FL. right now, so I figured I could use another while it is away. Always loved the white/silver that AP does and this one does not disappoint. And, while all the craziness in the world stinks right now, it does make for some outstanding deals on the secondary! I know I love this one. You can never have too many Jumbos!

Looks like it fits you well! What color is the second gen that's away at the spa?

I love the fit. The bracelet is a little thinner on this vice the newer one, and totally different clasp. Enough differences to be noticeable but both are supremely comfortable.

The second gen is a blue. They look so different on the wrist I think two 202's can exist very comfortably in the same collection. Photos of my blue dial below (I am no photographer and rarely capture spectacular pictures - blame me not the watch).

Incredible!
Do you have a photo of the different clasps on each?
The reason I am gravitated towards older APs is because of the thinner and more refined bracelet. I didn't realize that early 15202 had that feature though.
Does the earlier one equally have as stiff lugs or does it wear slightly smaller than the newer?

Congrats!

Hey bud. It wears the same from a sizing perspective, but the bracelet is a little less stiff on the older one. I actually find it a bit more comfortable but it is very close. You can't go wrong with either. I know most of the world prefers the blue dial, but I prefer white. Has a little more pop to me.

When the blue gets back from service I will try to get photos of the clasps.

And possibly a 14802!

I do love them, but man are 5402s pricey!

Thanks all. I realized I should have titled this 1st Gen 15202. Everyone is probably clicking thinking this is about a 5402. Oops.
