Omega Seamaster Bracelet Question

Hi, does anyone know if it easier to add or remove links from the new Seamaster Professional 300m? The old bracelets were notoriously difficult to remove or add links and the pins often bent when they were removed. It was also a job that was done at a jewellers and not at home.

They seem to have gone to a screw and pin system, so are the pins easier to remove and can it be done at home?

Thanks in advance.
