Impressive, although I prefer a black dial. Also wish that they would lume the bezel.

great styling. if it wasn't like wearing a wrist weight on one of my arms, I would seriously consider it.

Was excited by the title then I saw the size. For as "wearing small" it's still a huge honking watch

Ouch! 47mm? No thanks. And I'm not a fan of the 4:30 date on any watch.

I can’t find the weight in the specs but that titanium is 30% lighter than steel so I’d expect it to weigh similar to regular sub?

Just you thought the spring drive couldn’t get any better! 120 hours is pretty impressive and a quicker date change wouldn’t go amiss (I wonder how quick it is)?

I think they have styling just right on this. The only thing I would remove is the ‘5 Days’ from the dial. It would look so much cleaner with 3 lines instead of 4. But then modern subs have this problem too.

I look forward to seeing this model at my AD's. At $11,100.00 it will have to be very strong to get me to buy one.

Having owned the SBGH257 which is exactly the same case dimensions...this watch will definitely have some wrist presence...it’s a baaaaad watch and I miss mine greatly. That new spring drive is killer too...11k is quite crazy, but my guess 8-9 k will be achievable a few months after being released.

Seiko seems to have learned their lesson. Grand Seiko, not so much.

The fact that they keep making the divers this big, I would guess that’s what their marketing survey/research/sales figures told them. So despite some distaste for them here, it must be selling.....

How come you sold your sbgh257? I really like the look, don't mind the diameter but it was so thick when I tried it on. I know the yada yada yada it wears thinner but it still couldn't hang onto my offshore, sla025 or Cameron due to thickness.

Correct people on forums are a very small percentage of the actual buyers.

Who knows why I sold it...thinking about it now, I have zero idea why I sell and trade any of mine...it’s just part of the journey...ha!!
