Great choice. It´s on my wishlist.

How large is your wrist?

How was it against the 15500 and 15450? If you tried them all?

Did the bracelet fit you well? I needed the 1.5 link which messes with the aesthetics a little but I needed it for comfort.

Thanks again.
The 15450 was too small for my wrist and looked a bit effeminate almost - I tried the TT model. The 15500 feels very solid, wrist presence is great and elegant at the same time but because of the construction the lug to lug dimensions are too much for my 6.5in wrist. I believe the 39mm will be the best but getting one is another story.

Hope you land yours soon.

I’ve had 1 link removed and even then the fit is a bit relaxed, not very grippy.
Thankfully I didn’t need for the 1.5. You’re right about the aesthetics but not at the cost of comfort.

Gorgeous watch! Anyone have a comparison of this watch side by side with a Daytona?

That is the most beautiful ROC in the market at the moment.
I love that watch! Can't wait for this mess to be over to try one on and see how it compares to my 15300 in size.

Wear it in good health!

I currently own both. The Daytona has a lot of emotional value to me because I waited it out with the AD and my name is on the card. And, I genuinely love the watch.

However, I have fallen for the AP and find myself enjoying it more than the Daytona. There's something about this one I can't quite put into words. I just love the "industrial" look, the sporty sub-dials, and the 38mm size is simply perfect for smaller wrists.

If you had to pick one, I can only say go with the heart. There's not a wrong answer!

Congrats man! I know there's another SG-based collector who snaps up the grey chrono also in the past 2 days or so.

Same here, getting a Royal Oak 15500 materially diminished the experience of my 116500. Don't get me wrong, I freaking love my 116500... it's just the Royal Oak... is so special... puts you in a trance-like state...

The 116500 will remain special to me. Also one’s black dial and another white so no overlap for me. I‘m waitlisted for the 116500 white, so will see when it comes through if I want to go ahead or decline.
