What's the last book you've read?

This week I finished up these two by Don Miguel Ruiz and was wondering what books my fellow TRF members have read recently? What are some of your favorites?

having young children there is not too much time for books for me. Last night's selection was "Oh, the places you'll go" by Dr. Seuss

Just finished the second volume. Hard going but worth the effort.
A picture of Hell on Earth related with a dry humour that survives the translation - or more to the point survives because of the skilful translation.
An insight into why the Russians are the way they are, and a very sober warning about the kind of world you produce when you stifle free speech and encourage citizens to denounce and inform on each other.

Funny that we read the same book in the same time.

I'm a physical book kind of guy, but I can see why one would prefer an audiobook.

Down and out in London and Paris by George Orwell.

Rock that would be heavy going I remember reading a day in the life of Ivan Denisovich, and it was even more depressing than the Orwell one I just finished.
