3235 problems

After getting my sd back from the rsc for time keeping, the watch stopped within a couple hours. I rewound it and it started up again but only ran a couple minutes. I then pulled the crown to the 3rd position to correct the time and it was really hard to pull and feels like breaking glass. Watch will not restart, period.
What do you guys think is broke in the movement?
