Is it normal/typical for an older manual wind watch to run fast for the first few hours after a full wind up? Not taking hours, just gaining a few mins

Or just a sign it needs a service?

If it was magnetized, it would be fast all the time. Sounds to me like she needs servicing. How long has it been since last service?
