5513 Gilt?

Can someone help me out with the overall condition of this watch? How would you grade it? It’s a 5513 original GILT dial with original plexiglass (untouched) and original bracelet. Seller says it hasn’t been polish but also According to seller the lume may have been redone at some point. Any concerns visually?

Any help or input would be greatly appreciated!

The whole dial is refinished and quite poorly,90% of Gilt values are the DIAL,So this is a no go.

Hello

This is the watch that brought me here! He has listed it 3 times. The first time as Gilt Dial at 15k. Then twice at 7k.

The first listing stated "1964 Rolex Submariner Gilt Dial 100% Authentic Rolex"

The subsequent omitted the gilt reference and the 100 percent authentic.

Also seems to be a service insert and crystal.

Is it worth 7k in this state?

My watchmakers thoughts were

"Case looks to be original and period correct, as does the crown, case back and bezel assembly.

The crystal is a service crystal, so is the insert, so they were added later (during a service at Rolex).

The dial is low quality aftermarket, the hands look to Rolex, but I think they are a later addition, probably added when the dial was changed.

The movement is obviously Rolex, the bracelet is a 7206 rivet."
