Thanks again! I really like the matte dial. Almost looks "light black" or even greyish. I have a blue dial DJ41 and think I like the black dial on the MG better than the blue.

If you have not yet done this, take a look at the black dial under an Ultraviolet light source.

(Also the top left of your warranty card)

You will get a huge surprise!

I see a mosaic of words and symbols under UV light on the warranty card but nothing special on the dial unfortunately.

You may have an older one?

Mine from December 2018, under UV light, the three orange indices glow a bright Superluminova green and the white indices and hands glow the Chromalight blue.

In normal light -- don't see these differences.

Weird stuff!

Yes a Newbie....!

I'm thinking of getting the Millie in black or blue or the AK.

My question is do the PCL's make the watch much more dressy or stand out?

I work in a a neat jeans and collared t-shirt environment and dont wish to stand out with to much bling, Im guessing the brushed AK will be more under the radar to non-watch people!

Its so hard to know what to buy when I'm making my biggest watch purchase and cant try them on!

Sounds like you might prefer the AK. Personally I like the PCLs, but the Milgauss is quite shiny. Not blingy though since there’s no diamonds on it. For me it’s no different to having a polished car.

Yes I see that now. It's a bit subtle but true. I really like the watch! I ordered a few straps from Crown & Buckle including an orange Nato and their new Chevron style in leather. A lot cheaper than Rubber B and I doubt fitting the Nato or Perlon will be an issue.

Frankly I wish the MG had a brushed bracelet and brushed lugs. But that dial and crystal!!!
