Choose one.

If you have the chance to choose one of these two watches which one will you pick.

Love the look of both, they wear very different and both are awesome pieces in their own way ,I know the Daytona wears small and having bigger watches don’t help , Sometimes I think it wears way too small, still an awesome piece though.

Which one you think fits better.

Thanks.

Super tough!! I have a Daytona (116519LN) and a Royal Oak (15450 Blue dial). The Daytona gets a lot more wear, but the AP feels more special.

With your wrist size, I think the AP suits you better.

I was in that same position, I ultimately gave up the AP 15400 and went for the Daytona. It's a tough call, but the Daytona is on my wrist more.

Neither for me. They are both achingly stylish and classics in their own time. But the sub dials on the Daytona are too small to be useful to me, and for the same reason, the date window on the AP would be difficult for me to use all the time. So neither would be practical enough to justify. If I had perfectly sharp eyesight I'd go for something with a date, and the AP is a beauty.

Daytona looks small on your wrist. I’d keep the AP. I think Daytona’s even on smaller wrists are on the smaller side. It’s definitely not on my favorite list.

That AP looks like the perfect fit for your wrist. It seems like you're leaning towards that one as well (2 pics of the RO vs 1 of the Daytona)...

For me, the Daytona because that’s the one I want. Also, from what I’ve heard, long term ownership of the Daytona will be less than the AP.

For you, I think the AP looks better on your wrist. The Daytona does look a little small on your wrist.

Tough one. I think I'd go AP if it's the 15400 and Daytona if the AP is the 15450

They definitely wear small, it's actually a 38.5mm watch not 40.

The 2 pics vs one, just wanted to show two different angles on the AP

The AP fits your wrist better in photos. I’m betting that find the Daytona more comfortable though...

AP looks much better on your wrist, Daytona looks kinda small. But no wrong answers. Eventually you will own both! Trust me...

Also, make sure you’re ok with the AP getting scratched up easier than the Daytona. The Daytona looks great with marks, but the AP May look good depending on your style.

I own the Daytona, but would prefer a blue dial 15500.

Idk, still feel like there might be an underlying reason. Why not also show two different angles of the Daytona?

But seriously, that third pic w/ the AP def seals the deal IMO. Good luck whatever you decide.

I own a 15400 blue and this is tough. I have been thinking of flipping my 15400 blue for that same Daytona C white dial. My 15400 wears a little big on me, but I think the 15400 wears perfectly on you. Leaning 15400 for you.

Tough choice.

Let us know what you decide.

I feel like which ever I would chose, I’d regret letting other go and wind up flipping down the road! So, for me it is which would I own first... I’d likely go AP in most cases over Rolex.

That white Daytona though!

Good luck!

Ohhhh, that's a tough call. Having both, the 15400 silver/white and the ceramic white Daytona not sure what I would do.

You can't go wrong with either one. Currently the value is in the AP. But the everyday wear and not worried about getting it banged up is in the Daytona. They are both "cool" and unique in their own way. Though you can switch out the bracelets on both, I think the AP has the lead if you want to put it on a rubber strap. If you want an everyday casual and a business attire I may gravitate towards the Daytona. If you want it for a little play but more suit attire; AP. Though the AP could very well handle play and business.

With all of the above said, go the AP. Get a rubber strap or two to downplay it and the bracelet is already there for the business side of it.

Good luck.
